I am a senior executive manager with strong international experience in improving processes and managing complex challenges for large corporations, mid-size and micro businesses as well as start-ups in the technology and sustainability areas. With a high focus on revenue, I am advising, training and building up efficient and high-performance teams of experts.

Driven to make a true impact.

Even after many years acting as a CEO and interim CTO, I have never lost my passion for training. That is why I kept on coaching and motivating IT professionals, software engineers, young entrepreneurs, as well as athletes throughout my career.

I had the opportunity to travel the world to coach athletes and train IT specialists not only in several European countries, such as Germany, Austria, Swiss, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Yugoslavia and the UK, but also in North America (in both Canada and the United States) and Asia (India, South Korea and Singapore).

Short Overview of Achievements

• Built and managed international software projects for the European satellite system used to monitor and pay out amounts up to 7 billion Euros in several countries.
• Designed and developed solutions to carry out international contracts for a leading European car maker, including all brands and importers, while successfully bringing a ROI to the clients in less than six months, with yearly ongoing savings of up to 12% of the contract values.
• In 2016 the solution designed to improve international car fleet management received an innovation award from the industry in Germany.
• Founded several successful start-ups and trained the senior management to continue growing their business.
• Interim CTO for International sports App start-up in Australia.
• Involved in a wide range of leading-edge technology projects at the local and provincial level.
• Acting as a mentor and coach to young entrepreneurs, engineers and students in the tech industry.
